to fear
alright. more peektures. more furries =)
coming first up! introduction of yet another new specie from Night safari.
Barking Deer
Barking Deer
Muntiacus muntjac
Kingdom: Animalia
Order: Artiodactyla
Genus: Muntiacus
Sexual maturity: within a year
Gestation: 7months
Usually 1-2 youngs are born
Often called Muntjac
40-62 cm at the shoulder
The males of Muntiacus muntjac have long tusk-like upper canines and only very small antlers on top of their long hairy bases (pedicels)
Colouration varies from deep brown to yellowish or greyish brown with creamy or whitish markings, almost white on belly
From a distance, their call sounds much like the bark of a dog. When alarmed they give out a series of short cackling barks. Because of this habit, the species is popularly known as barking deer.

Was attached to another section once again. Happened to be lucky enough to get really up close with this pretty girl. Thus, am able to produce such beatiful shots. Had a quite enjoyable time at the section. Would definitely not mind to work there again. Till then, i miss you, ms Barking deery ^^

Secondly, secondly. Let's see *shuffle shuffle*. Alright, yep. Here comes another new specie =)
Ant Eater
Will not elaborate much on this sleepy fellow here (who asks her to sleep and ignores me ><). But well, cute animal. Eats ants. Would be a nice choice to keep as a pet at home. Strokie ^^

For certain is death for the born
And certain is birth for the dead;
Therefore over the inevitable
Thou should not grieve.
Came to me in a rocking gallop, you whispered such precious, soft melodies. Miss you.

Was walking around in my section when i, very luckily, manage to spot this little spidey. He was really small (smaller even then a thumb's print) and thus, had a little problem focusing my camera on him. But still ^^ Nice color combi, Spidey. Spin your web safely.
